Wasn't bashing. Just stating my opinion of how is looks to me. He could of handled it differently and it wouldn't of mad him look so bad. Are you his brother or something?

No..Just gettin tired of seeing it. Put yourself in his position...Or how about applying it to your daily life and job. If you were in a position where you were heading out the door from your job and you got made a deal to increase your salary and stay on...would you give a crap how it looked to others? Obviously theres a reason for what happened. Im not a Leno advocate by any means but in the network tv biz..its all about the ratings...ratings means money.

And his ratings weren't any better than Conan's. He left the tonight show to do something new. So, they make him a new show because he's Jay Leno and NBC will give their star what he wants. Then he fails, so now he expects to just go back to the way things were , meanwhile Conan and his crew get left out in the cold without even getting a real change to make it work. Conan should have been given more time at 11:30 and Jay should have been moved to 12:00. But we all know jay would never stand for that. I just don't like to see people getting the shaft for reasons that have nothing to do with how well they perform at their job.
