Torque specs: TR-6060 CSC replacement

I’m currently planning out a week to take down my transmission and replace the clutch slave cylinder. Does anyone know the torque specs for the bolts and nuts to the driveshaft connections, one at the transmission “yoke” and one at the rear differential? The front connection looks like some Torx bolts and nuts, but I forget if the rear diff connection has the same nut and bolt setup.

Also, does anyone know the torque specs for the bolts that connect the bell housing/transmission to the engine? I figured I would loosen (or remove?) the transmission bolts to the engine, before loosening the transmission mount at the middle crossmember. I think I can find the torque specs for the crossmember, but if anyone can provide that as well, I would appreciate that.

Furthermore, does anyone know how to replace the factory shifter isolator cup on this TR-6060 for the 5th gen Chevy Camaro SS? I see a lot of brass upgraded ones online, but I also have no idea if those have to pressed in some way. I see some of the OEM plastic replacements online, but some appear to be T-56 transmission specific? I also see some delrin replacements, which interested me, since I might not need to press that in. Currently inquiring the eBay vendor whether it will work for the TR-6060 or not…

Aside from that, I’m not planning to touch the clutch/flywheel at all. That means that I’m not opening them up, nor replacing the pilot bearing and rear main seal. It’s a budget thing and I’m already DIY’ing the job on a budget, so I’m okay with the OEM clutch and flywheel as it is. I don’t really launch the car, nor have I been driving it hard, with the exception of a few hard pulls every few months. I have gotten the billet release bearing/CSC support, as well as a remote clutch speed bleeder line. If I’m forgetting anything else, please, anyone chime in. Thanks!
