Anyone done suspension to their cars after the maggie?

I just ordered a hotchkis chassis max brace http://www.lmperformance.com/54047/119.html, eibach sway bars, eibach drop springs and BMR trailing arms, hoping it will help me at the track. Anyone done this kind of thing to their car? and did it help?

I have done all of this and it definitley helps. It gives a much tighter feel in the twisties and helps plant under acceleration.

I bought a Pedders Track II for my Goat after I installed the TVS1900. I also bought Hendrix 2-piece stubs and halfshafts that are rated for 1000hp. I didnt wnat to break one at the track and get stranded. You may also want to save up for a clutch. I had to get one of those also. This starts getting expensive no matter what car you are modding.

I think you should have bought better sways. I think the Eibach springs are fine but since you're wanting to put some serious power to the ground, you're gonna need some serious bars to plant it there.

you should have done the hotchkis track pack, the eibach springs and sways are more for looks than serious driving. i've used hotchkis on alot of my cars and trucks over the years and they really do alot of r&d as well as testing onthere products before the sell it. i've got the track pack in mine with the shims for the additional maggie's wieght. awesome ride and killer handling. great stance as well. i'm the first customer car with production parts, its the blue ss on ther website. i couldnt be happier, it was worth the wait, it's day and night to what it was.

Come on!

I'm very happy with my DSE package. "Wynoe" your right, save money for a clutch, you'll need one.

If you find yourself with height issues after your install, we've worked out a solution for supercharged 2010s: spring shims for supercharged and turbocharged cars.

Bolting on a blower and intercooler adds enough weight that it can change the front ride height. We solved the problem with precision CNC machined aluminum spacers that fit between the front spring and the strut hat, creating ½" of lift. Since these spacers are designed to fit the factory strut, they are compatible with most aftermarket spring combinations as well as the stock springs.

At Hotchkis we're always looking for ways to make your cars ride and handle better. Give us your feedback, ask us your tech questions, post photos of your cars on our Facebook page. We want to know what you're working on.
