Has anybody ran into a situation with their heater hose becoming porous making the coolant leak out and spill onto the exhaust from behind the engine? I only had my manual shift 2ss for the weekend and now this. Could I have done somthing that may have caused this?

Sounds like driver abuse to me! JK. Stuff happens, that is why there is warranty. It is pretty rare to have a car with out some kind of minor issue, knock on wood!

This would be a good time to reroute those hoses.

What do you mean by Rerouting Whew you almost had me there HeavyD, you actually had my heart sink. I really hope it's one of those odd ball minor issue.

As awesome as this car is, it is still assembled with 10,000+ parts all with human error factored in. There have been some rather serious engine problems, electrical and electronic issues, you are lucky to have just a good o'l fashion coolant leak.
