Possibly the best modification anyone can do to their cars... and it's cheap!

I learned about an amazing modification today and it's really cheap... but the difference is unbelievable.

You can take a whole SECOND off your quartermile or even more!

It's called "Education" and "skill". Put them together, and you can make your car a whole lot faster!

After racing a C6 corvette yesterday and beating him in my almost stock camaro, a lot of people say "Wtf". The truth is, if I was in the vette and the vette driver was in the camaro, I would have smoked him. The vette driver had no idea how to race his car.

I bring this up as an important aside. We talk about a few tenths here and there between camaros, mustangs, challengers, and tons of other vehicles. The truth of the matter is, most drivers of these cars are CLUELESS when it comes to how to run them.

A lot of times drivers of sports cars put so much attention to modifications but they never learn to use them. So study up, practice up, gain some skill in how to race, and you can be faster than most sports cars out there... Camaros, Mustangs, Challengers, Cobras, GT500s, Corvettes, and whatnot included.

2010 Camaro SS modified extensively. I stretched the body to make it a 4 door, but I swapped in the 3.6L DI V6 for fuel economy. Then I picked up a corvette body around the V8. I also swapped the body for a C2 Z28. (In short I traded it for three cars, a Corvette Z06r, a C2 Camaro Z28, and a Cadillac CTS Summer Performance package 3.6L DI with Aisin 6spd.)

I always bring the engine up to about 2500 rpm's with the brakes applied.
Then when the light turns red off the brake and on the gas
