What happened to the the ARH raffle thread that was closed?
What happened to the the ARH raffle thread that was closed?
The paypal was supposed to be figured out and opened up? Is this just gonna be at the fest now and not for all? which is why I am assuming it stayed closed.........

If I'm not mistaken, PayPal won't let you do an online raffle. It has to be done 'On Site' so I think it will happen at the fest.
I could be wrong though. That's my best guess. But I might be wrong. Or not.
