Soft Paint
Stopped at a gas station to fill up and as I was opening the driver's door, a gust of wind caught the door and the door lightly touched the car at the next pump. I got out of my car and there was a wedge shaped red mark on a silver car. I can't believe how soft the Camaro paint is to transfer that much paint. I had just a little paint missing from the edge of the door. But the twist to this story is the car that I hit is my ex-wife's car! She took it well, I aplogized and offered to fix it, but she said her car (2005 Chrysler 300) wasn't cherry and not to worry about it. What's the odds...?

I think it is because of the EPA crap that all of the manufacturers are forced to use these days. Paints just aren't as good as they used to be.

ya the paint it too soft...my driver door hit my garage wall on accident and the paint is sort of gone...
