November Car And Driver

I just received my november copy of C&D. New Camaro V6 article. Once again there is all kind of reference's to mullets, lynyrd skynyrd, tank tops. Bashing the IROC. Is anyone else sick to death of this? I just fired off an email. I don't know why the Camaro gets this garbage, but i never read it with the mustang, or even the challenger.

lol, talking about stereotypes: What's the deal with New Jersey and Camaros? I'm going up there this weekend and my co-workers are like: "Oh, NJ. You like Camaros right? You'll love NJ! Wherever you park there's a Camaro within three spots from you!"

camaros are like a stereotype muscle car for rednecks (no1 get offended please!)

much like BMWs are for pricks

minivans are for sockermoms

gigantic lifted hummers are for guys trying to compensate

its just a silly stereotype that probably came about since u can drive through a trailor park and see a 1/2 dozen camaros (true story actually)

no matter how many stereotypes there are, and no matter how many people continue the lame-ness, we all know that they will be jealous, and they will break their stereotypical necks lookin at our hot rides.

I'm cool with what the tabloids say about the Camaro. I feel it just gives GM more incentive to prove them wrong, and more opportunity to make a 21st century car.

LOL, I just told my buddy he's a prick. He asked me why and I said cuz you have a BMW.

I'll be honest, in highschool, most of the Camaro drivers had mullets but that was in the late 80's.

I didn't think the article was that bad. It clear states the the V6 Camaro is better than the V6 mustang or challenger. The guy is trying to be funny even poking fun at himself, hope he is wrong on the base price at 25k.
Here is the link judge for yourself

From what I read with C&D they seem to be a lot less biased towards foreign auto makers compared to MT, and magazines like Automobile.

Although I did pick-up this month's issue of Automobile magazine and it has the cars to have for 09 in it. The Camaro has a brief article in it and they actually have good things to say about it.
