Has anyone had a 21" OEM wheel widened? I'm not sure that this would work on the 21" OEM wheels but I want to move the rear to the front and having the fronts widened to 10.5" or 11". Would these fit on my SS if so what would be the widest tires I could go with? Would this even be feasible?

I don't see why not. You'd need spacers though.
