The black ones make the fade the best, if that makes any sense. I had the silver fades on SGM and was not happy with the fade effect.

I've got them and I love them. Pre wheels and lowering springs, but you'll get the idea..

I have the SLP faded gill stripes. It's subtle. I don't know if I'd recommend them (at least on a red car.) It's meh.

Here is a "How To Video" on the installation of the SLP Faded Side Gills. You have a Option between Gloss Black PT#100046A and Flat Black PT#100047A. In the video we installed the Gloss Black Version.

Nice video!
I think they look best on White and Yellow cars. I'll be getting the flat black version next spring/summer

OK, I cant watch the video from the link on my IPhone nor on my computer. I watch other videos all the time with NO problem. Can someone tell me what software I need to watch videos on this forum?. I am now watching it direct on youTube with NO issues.

I'm gonna go with them on my Rally Yellow. I think it all depends on the color of the car.
