Chevrolet, Visteon & Boston Acoustics giving me the runaround

I have contacted Chevrolet, Visteon & Boston Acoustics via e-mail & Phone about the audio set-up (Like a dumbass I went with the Boston Acoustics 9 speaker system) in my 2010 Camaro. I don't care what anyone says, I got 7 speakers not 9. All the 3 companys listed above will tell me is that, they don't have any information for me. And if I take apart the car myself, I will void the Warranty. I thought I knew about Car Audio, but that was 20 years ago. So here are my questions, What are the RMS & Peek Watts for each of the 7 speakers? What are the RMS & peek Watts for the Visteon Amp by the driver side taillight? Who makes the head unit? I have played with the system for many hours and once i get to around 20 on the volume knob it just sounds like crap. So is it the amp or the speakers? I don't think I want to go anywhere near the head unit since 1/2 the cars functions are hooked up to it. I just need some info and the big 3 got nothing for me.

I believe the rear speakers have tweeter or mids inside them, so it's kind of a 2 in 1 speaker. Kind of cheesy how they counted that, but that's where the other 2 speakers are counted.

Go to your dealer and refer to Service Bulletin 09-08-44-021A. If the customer complains of distortion in the front door speakers, Chevy provides, at no cost, an upgraded amplifier and new front door spearkers. Not the best, but made a huge difference in mine

Thanks rj600 I will talk to my dealer. But what I was looking for were the specs of the Amp and speakers presently in my car so I can decide weather to replace the amp or speakers or both.
