How hard is it to swap from a th350 to t56

I have a 68 camaro with a turbo 350 and was wondering how much work was involved with switching to a t56 I already have a t56 Do I have to get a special bell housing? If anyone knows what all is involved please let me know

Yes, you will need a new bellhousing along with quite a bit more. If you've got the money for it, this conversion kit is the best in the biz.

You should actually join this forum. They have a section for the First Gen.
http://www.camaros.net/

It's easier to go to a 5-speed in the first gen. If you want a T-56 be prepared to modify your trans tunnel.

Also....I like this kit better than Keisler. This is who I used.
