are the fog lights with the rs package hids too. how well do the fog and headlights match? i picture of a stock rs at night would be great

The "fogs" on an RS equipped car are actually daytime running lights and use the P13W bulb. You can however buy a harness/adapter so you have actual control over them.

Here is a replacement bulb that is very close to the HID's, color wise anyways.

so the halos are always on during the day? can you turn them off? is it possible to have both the headlights and fogs on at once

The headlights and fog lights are not designed to come on at the same time but there has been ways to accomidate this desired affect. There is threads on how to achieve this, look in the DIY area and you will find what you desire.

Factory setting will let you turn off and on your fog lights during the day only.
