Can't decide, tell me which color I shouldn't get! - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

So I want you to tell me why NOT to get a certain color. I know everybody has favorites, so that input really won't help much. I still may decide against the majority anyway because it really is up to my gut anyway. But still. Tell me why I SHOULDN'T get a certain color. You know... but say it as nicely as possible to not offend others who have that color

My top 3 are

imperial blue metallic
summit white
ruby jewel tintcoat

Aren't I patriotic??? Well those happen to be my top 3. I'll include a poll to make this even more confusing in which you can select your favorite of the 3, so for the poll do the opposite!

Neither, Inferno Orange Metallic is bad assed!! Go with that one.

well i really wanted the IBM but i could not find one locally with the options on it that i wanted. so my vote goes to that color. did u place the colors in order of how u like them???

Whatever you do....do not get Yellow with white stripes....Saw one at a dealer yesterday. Ugly as hell.

IBM, because well I bought an IBM camaro, and everyone that comes up to me first says how much they love the color.

I've seen all the colors except Summit White and Aqua Blue Metallic in person, and from my perception, the bright orange just didn't make the cut for me! I'd have gotten ABM hands down, but that wasn't in the cards for my purchasing timeline...

oh, and white is a good color, u can do a lot with it. i.e. strips and themes, however its not a color i associate with a top shelf sports car, like the camaro. and the red jewel looked a lot better online but in person it is a bit to purple for me.

The OP said to tell him what not to get and why, so lets stick to that. Your color choices are very different. I dislike IBM because I like brighter colors, and IBM is something that a boss would drive. I dislike RJT because it's more pricey, and gets dirty really easy. My favorite would be SW, because it keeps clean, it looks amazing with IOM stripes, and it's more of a "happy" color to me.

I did put them in order of my preference as of today. But earlier it was Summit White on top, as you can see in my sig... So I am really confused

But remember tell me why NOT to get a certain color... Like here's an example (that I am afraid of, but who knows if it's true, so feel free to correct me):

The colors I wouldn't get are white, silver, and synergy green. White is too plain. Silver is also too plain, plus is also too cliche since the GM marketers have overused that color. The synergy green is a bit polarizing. It's an either love it or hate it color, and I don't love it.

The Camaro looks great in any of the other colors. It took me over 6 months to finally decide which I wanted to order. (Imperial Blue).
