possible to paint the center OEM center controls ?

i have an extra radio face consol. i was wondering if any vendors or any one for this matter is capable of painting the goldish area black without painting over the A/C signs and radio numbers etc. is there any thing i can do or even send it out to a professional to make it happen ?

I made a thread about this a while back.
It looks like all that can be done is the Remin kits.
