Painted my engine cover last night. Sprayed it black and debated on the flames... glad I did them now I think they turned out pretty good, they really pop in the sunlight. I'm planning on picking up the roto-fab covers eventually but this works for now.

I did it myself. Took me maybe 3 hours from start to finish. I've been messing around with airbrushing on and off (mostly off) for a few years so I'm still learning, but overall I'm pretty satisfied with this.

Thanks, that was the main idea... before I really didn't even bother to open the hood at cruises or whatever because it just looked the same as everyone else's. At least now it is different and there is something to look at other than a piece of silver and black plastic
