Ok - I have a legitimate gripe

You haven't heard one complaint from me...not one. I've been as silent as a mouse.

However, I've had one issue that I've found no solution for that is bothering the hell out of me. Not something I'd cancel my order for, but rather something that looks to be bugging me the entire time I own the car..

Where the hell am I suppose to put my prescription sunglasses? There doesn't seem to be a sunglass holder up on the roof, nor one in the dash, nor one in front of the shifter. Putting them in the center console is a no-go as they get scratched there. Keeping them in a case in there is also problematic as it takes up too much room and I have stuff that has to go in there.

Every car I've had as SOMEPLACE to stash them....The Acadia has a stash on top of the dash - My Subbie has a huge place at top of dash to stick them. GM used to stick a place in the overhead console to put them.

End Rant.

Edit - One complaint that I gave before was the late addition of the HUD...forgot about it. However it was a passing single post in someone else's thread.

This is a legitimate question or gripe, you can alway drop by your local PEP Boys and buy one of those neat sun visor clips that will hold your sun glasses.

So just learn to embrace the car as Chevy designed it and you'll be fine.

The visor grips can bend the glasses and enables them to get scratched. Also the clip itself ruins the visor. Been there, done that.

I am embracing it all, just wanted to get the one thing off my chest. I am surprised that it wasn't brought up in development. I'm sure I'll figure out something

As far as lasik. It wouldn't help. My vision is almost perfect (20 - 20 minus), but getting a tab blurry at longer distances with my advanced years. Makes it harder to read road signs until I'm on top of them and in New England..that can be rather dangerous.

I'm not freaking out, just saying I know it's going to be an ongoing annoyance unless I figure out a practical solution

Legit gripe.

How many people wear glasses? I haven't seen the car in person yet so I don't know if there is a place for them or not.

But, I do believe there is an easy fix that will at least minimize the impact to you. Like you said. Enough people wear glasses. For whatever reason GM decided not to provide a place for them.

This may have been on of those 26 cents per car arguments Fbodfather talked about....

This one is kinda cool

Read my post above. The clamps can bend the glasses and they enable things to hit the class (think passengers). Both of which happened to mine when I used one. On top of that they leave permanent indentations in the visor that look like crap.

And put where? These are big sunglasses so you need a big case. You need them where you can easily reach them so where is that big case going? In the door pocket? Not easy to reach there and might not fit in those little pockets on the Camaro. In the center console? Not a big area to begin with now try and get them out with it stuffed with change, your cell phone and charger etc. In the cup holder...prefect right up until the point you need to use them.

It isn't the end-o-world, but was a silly thing for them to miss (unless there is a secret I don't know). A simple overhead holder like in all the Chevy trucks would have been great and cheap.

I agree, it would nice to have this as an available option to order, just not standard.

Wedge the case between the speedometer and tachometer. Or, seatbelt your case on the passenger seat. Just make sure the airbag is off.

Ok the visual of them between the gauges had me laughing out loud.

Thats where I put my glasses/sun glasses. I don't know how big the center console is going to be on the Camaro though.
