Depends on the brand of Headers. Does it include a dyno tune? Does it include a cat-back or axle-back exhaust or use the stock exhaust?

Depending on those options is can be an very typical price for install.

Sounds a little high but at least in the ball park. I would say should be more in the $23-$2400 range but I live in Indiana.

So...you already have the Kooks?

$2,600 for a header install, pulley, and tune is WAY OFF.

A tune should be in the $400-$500 at most. Header install should be in the $200-$250 range. You can get a set of Kooks ceramic coated with cats shipped to your door for about $1,350.

I've never quoted a pulley but surely it can't be any worse than header install. After all they are just taking off the belt, changing the pulley (usually 1 bolt), and putting the belt back on.
