Talking $2500 budget for upgrades

It's been very hard for me to save money as a young guy but I finally have enough to do some serious upgrades, so i was wondering.. what would everyone else do if they had a $2500 budget?

New exhaust, preferably axle back to cut down cost, headers, CAI, and depending on whats left, visual upgrades. Lowering springs, new rims and tires (cheap ones), and whatever else you want to do to personalize your ride.

What have you done so far?

Do you want exterior, interior or performance?

Id lower my car and do repro wheels in another finish or just go for inexpensive aftermarket wheels. If you don't have the budget to do more performance wise I'd avoid going too extreme on anything to avoid having to pay to fix problems that may arise.

lol I might have suggested over 2500.00, all depends on the brand.

I think you should just keep it stock and give me the $2,500 for mods.

Automatic. I did flat black vinyl inlays for the bowties, As for exterior at the moment I'm planning on getting a dovetail (dale jr. sema concept) and 22" niche wheels https://www.wheelwarehouse.com/p-438...tte-black.aspx (similar to the ADV5.1's) Depending on the stance with the 22's I'm most likely going to go with some springs bc these rims on the maro turn me on.

CAI's a good idea i completely forgot about that and exhaust i really was hoping for a nice set of cutouts or noweeds diverter but i havent seen enough videos of V6's equipped with them to convice me that thats the sound I want. Was hoping i could do straight pipes but it sounds very ricerish and thats not what i represent. Cherry bomb glass packs are also sweet

and I would say that warranty is considerably important to me, I have 11300 miles on my car and had it for about 11 months, only problem i had sofar was to fix a fuse because my radar detector shorted it out. Made me realize that I was a little over 1/10th of my warranty and I should take it easy bc down the road you never know what may happen. Does exhaust void the warranty for the whole vehicle or does it only void the parts that you've upgraded?

Catback or Axle back exhaust will not void your warranty.

Exhaust
CAI
lowering springs

FWIW the stock rims are probably better than a 1K set of wheels.

I got an ATAK cat back for 400.00 off retail so I jumped on that. That thing and some American Racing Headers is an insane beast of machinery! I might go with Kooks yet, I haven't decided. Headers are next years project.

Correct me if I'm wrong but they say (camaro nuts on camaro5) the car should be good to go after I think 2600 miles? After that you can start messing with warranty parts and whatnot. I think I read that if the car had problems you would know within the first 2600-3000 miles. Again I might be mistaken
