It depends on what the meaning of "is" is.

There is not a GM kit available but you can take your stock panels and have them painted in VR. A couple of people on here have done that. If you've got a non 2LT/2SS, then you can recover your stock material panels in red cloth/vinyl/leather instead.

I beileve Clean Cut Creations can paint them in any color. You give them the last 9 digits of your vin # when you order and they say thew will paint them to match the body color. They are a bit pricy at $550, but they say they will buy your stock pieces back from you for $100 if you want. You can also take your pieces out and send them to be painted for $125 I believe, but they say this will take three weeks or longer. I'll double check on the price for sending them your pieces.

OK I just checked their site and you can do that for $125 plus shipping. To find this information click on the "camaro catalog" on their home page, then on the "paint to match FAQ's" on the right of the screen. You have to call their shop to arrange sending them your pieces.
