Installed DSV shift and e-brake boot - PICS

It was an easy install, excellent quality, and the stitching is a perfect match...

Erm... why is it riding so high?

Don't mean to sound like a jerk but both of those pictures look like leather condoms.

This is the stock look at VASTLY different (in my car anyway... with the leather upgrades):

Im not really feeling the boot on the ebrake. If it were tighter then maybe but as it looks there is just doesnt look very professional.

Agreed. There's a better install here..

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...ht=dsv+e-brake

I'll keep working on it until it's perfect.

Thanks for your business!!

You can put it in more. You just have to pull out the ebrake handle and push it in. See here.

Also, the shifter bag is higher than normal but maybe that is how he likes it.

That looks better, but I think it's missing something. If it had a portion cut out that it could fit into, with a ring similar to the shifter then it would look better in my opinion.

Thanks, that helps. About the shifter, I used a zip tie to attach the leather to the neck of the shifter. It causes the leather to wrap up and around the zip tie, which as you can see, hides the chrome. I'll try without the tie to see if that helps...

Is there a smooth leather boot that can be used for the e-brake... as opposed to what I'll call the "pitted leather"?

Yes, you just need to let me know that when you order.
