Leather seats getting terribly wrinkled.

Hey Guys anyone else have seats that are completely wrinkled. If you thouch the leather it almost seems like the foam under the seat is memory foam.

The car is 8 months old only has 6K miles on it and im like a 150lb dude. Doe GM or a dealership have any fix on this.

Does it stay like that all the time, or come back into shape after you get out of the car?. I have over 17,000 miles and my seats look like new, they've never done that.
If I open the door and rest my hand on the seat to get something out of the console, I'll leave a hand imprint on the seat, but it pops back smooth after a little while.
If it stays like that all the time, I'd bring it to the dealer and see what they say.

Ditto. I happen to also have 17K miles, seats look new.

AActually its no the whole seat. The seat itself is excellent leather quality It seems its just where your butt makes contact with the seat. Also It seems its not the leather quality but rather the foam under the seat that has disintegrated.

And yes it looks like that all the time.

Only advise I have is to adjust your seat so your thighs bear some of the weight applied to the seat.

Chevy uses cheap leather in all of its models...including the Corvette.

That's what leather does when a warm body stretches it for a long period of time. It reshapes after a short time.
Leather conditioning products help the leather to reshape slightly faster.

Unless you never want to see wrinkles, then stick a chunk of plywood between the foam and the leather, THEN it'll never wrinkle!

Those are stock GM Grand Sport rims, painted style. Chrome is also available.

Those are the oem factory wheels that come on the Grand Sport models.

The available factory chrome spyder wheels made for the Z06 look better.

Looks like a butt impression from sitting in the seat to me.

edit: Btw, you got a french fry piece hanging out in the back of the seat there. Unless it's a snack for when your butt gets hungry.
