Phone number to call and find out about the status of your car

Does anyone have the number that people have been calling on here to find out what the status of their car is? I called the 1-800-950-CHEV and the lady wouldn't give me any information except it will be in production 1st quarter 2009. Thanks

My guess is that initially, I'd keep in contact with my salesperson. Once the order is accepted, I believe there is a number where you can track your vehicle.

My brother did this when he ordered his C6...he was able to track it on the railcar, and knew the date of arrival at the dealership.

I'll try and get the number from him.

I was told by my salesperson that there will be a website you can go to and enter your order number and it will show you where your car is at, as far as being built, waiting on a truck or train to be delivered.... but I never got the name of the website to go to.

No, only an 800 #, which I posted in a different thread with the same topic.
