xenon hood scoops

Hi everyone! Has anybody out there installed the Xenon hood scoops on their cars? I was checking them out on Carid - they look cool but I didn't see how they attach. I'm assuming they don't come painted either. If anybody has info could you let me know?
Thanks!

Don't think very many camaro owner are interested in another variant of a fake hood scoop. Those things more than likely don't come painted but if you send a PM to orange10s.c. he can get you one and have it painted to match. He does good work.
