Could be lots of things. Both times I had misfires it threw the codes. Check the plugs, wires, injectors, coil packs. Then pull the valve cover off and make sure the rockers are where they're supposed to be. I had a broken rocker bolt on cylinder 6. Check for broken valve springs, etc...
My 2nd misfire was just a loose wire. Hope for that.

Checked the coils and spark plugs, everything looks good..
If it was the rocker arms or valve springs would it be idling rough 24/7 because it'll idle normal for a couple seconds then start getting rough End if I rev it up a little it's rough till around 1500 then above that feels normal

My single cylinder misfire smoothed out with RPM. It could be lots of other things too. I would log it if you have the capability. You're just shooting in the dark without some data to guide you. If it were me, I would probably pull those valve covers off just to make sure. You don't want to drop a valve.

You are tuned aren't you ? If yes, check the LTFTs to see if you are getting leaned out significantly. If this keeps happening reload your tune as this will reset everything and see if the ECU is learning to lean out the fuel trims to much.
I had a change to my tune to stop this during idle.
