Ceiling fan reversal
Have a new ceiling fan in our bedroom. It's from Restoration Hardware and it has no pull chain and no reverse switch on the fan itself. You're supposed to use the supplied remote to adjust speed and fan direction.
Problem is, the cheap receiver died after a few nights of use. Having had issues in the past with ceiling fan receivers, I opted to rip the receiver out and wire up a fan speed switch in the wall. Works great. But of course, I can't control the direction of the fan anymore and its spinning the wrong way. Without replacing that damn remote/receiver combo, anyone know of a way I can get directional control out of this fan or the wall switch? |

Don't let age get in the way of your goals.
As long as she's 18.
