I have a picture of my dad with the FIRST Bowling Green Corvette made at the plant somewhere in my stash of photos when he worked there. He transferred down there from St. Louis plant. It was a two-tone tan/brown (friggin ugly color scheme IMO) and was rolled out on June 3, 1981.
