Could you please advise, these P0054 and P0060 codes related to the upstream or downstream O2 sensors ?

I have both cats-off and ECU was reflashed 1 year ago.

Is it hardware O2 sensor failure or I need to rewrite ECU again ?

Solved. That was the AFT O2 sensors' fuse
