My 2010 has developed a weird windshield wipers issue that I can't figure out. Frankly, I really don't know where to start looking??

When I first get in the car and turn the key to "run" ... the wipers will sweep once and stop. When I start the car and the engine starts ... the wipers will sweep once and stop.

It first started doing this after using the wipers and would continue for about 4 or 5 start cycles then stop and act normal. Now it has progressed to doing it after every start cycle.

Anyone ever encounter this weird wiper behavior?? Where should I start looking?? Relay?? Replace the control stalk?? Of course, any help is always appreciated!!

Sounds like a control stalk issue and the different settings are off.
