leather off of head rest's?
can anyone tell me how to take the leather off the head rests? does it just pull right off? im trying to get them embroidered but it needs for be off for it to work.. has anyone done this? the simple answer seems to just pull and itll come off.. but is there more to it? any help is much appreciated.

To be honest, I haven't looked specifically at the Camaro headrest. Most of them have a clip mechanism on the bottom that somehow comes apart.

i read a post the other day, buttons on each post. you have to push both to get it off.

It can be a little trick but not to difficult. once you have this it is pretty straight foward. Undo the velcro piece, and clip a couple stitches if you have them. My driver side had about 3 stitches holding it in place and the passenger side didn't. Next step is just pull the leather off, and that is it. It really is very simple should only take a couple minutes. PM me if you have any other questions. I'll try to take some pictures if you need them. |
