CTSV Swap, Pad Recommendation?

So I'm planning on doing the CTSV Caliper swap. Which pads should i go with? Ive been told that the hawk HPS pads are no good? This is just a Daily Drive so take that into account. I don't want to eat new rotors and I've been told the HPS pads can do this..

Just go stock pad, it's more than capable. Unless your looking for less dust then use ceramic.

If you looking for low dust and wont be pushing the brakes hard at a track. Then ya, the ceramics would work out.

I run the HPS pads on my CTSV calipers. They are at least as good as the OE pads with less than half the dust!!!!

For the track i run the Cobalt friction XR1/XR3 pads on a seperate set of CTSv calipers.

Avoid ceramic

Curious - why do you use separate calipers, instead of just swapping out the pads for track day?

I have hawk HPS and like them a lot. I would get them again since I just show my car, drive on weekends, and drag every now and then. Once I start road coursing I will upgrade to something better.
