Almost pulled the trigger... But decided to sleep on it
Currently i have a 2011 2ss/rs white with red interior with 15k miles. I went to a car dealership just to check out the new 2014 camaros. I'm not in love with the tail lights. However there was a used white with black interior 2ss/rs 1le Standard. Which i do like with 4k miles. I am in love with my 2011 ss But i'm not sure i like the 2013 ss as well. And my monthly payments would be $50 more thats it. So i am considering it but i am not sure. =\ Any opinions on the difference? Is it worth it.

You're getting a newer and better car. I think the tail lights look killer on the 2014 models. Much better than previous years in my opinion. GOOD LUCK! |

I traded my 11 2SS/RS with miles close to yours for a 2013 1LE last July. I got the new 1LE at invoice and got $26k for my '11 SS. The best deals will be at the very end of January.

So the 1LE is a 2013 or 2014? I can't get used to the 2014 rear either. But sure love those Recaro's.

$50 a month more for how many months? If your current ride is over half way paid off then I wouldn't do it.

A 13 would have the mylink, the revised rear suspension, electric power steering, dual power seats, a retro mirror, and back up camera. Also a different steering wheel, and the leather added to the dash. The decision is up to you, the difference in the rear gears and small change to the transmission and the other things a 1le come with like the super sticky wide tires which would suck in bad weather but where you are may not be so bad. the stiffer suspension of a 1le something to get used to. Yet if your driving a manual already the difference may not be that much noticeable for just regular driving. And loosing your red interior would maybe be a bummer in the looks department, yet the fact you like white to many a turn off color of fleet vehicles and ice cream trucks means you must like white right? ? ? I mean its a white Camaro so its ok because hey its a Camaro.... yet how much will you loose in the trade as they are both used? And you have paid on your car for two years.... things only you can decide if its worth it........

$50 a month for how many months? Plus how many more months do you owe on your current car? Then figure how much you will actually be paying for the newer car.

but the 50 dollar increase, does that mean youre starting all over? 5/6/7 year payment, whereas you may have only 3 left on your current SS? it makes more financial sense to just keep what you have if that is the case, and pay the small price to get the 1LE suspension, wheels (i have replicas for sale), and things like that. 1LE owners sell their take off suspension all the time

I bought my camaro used 6 months ago. So i have been paying on it for 6 months I won't get an even trade for my 2011 camaro. I will owe a little bit. The 1le with 4k miles is 32k Is that a fair price? Also my 11 ss is automatic. The 1le is standard i love that about the 1le. It will be $50 more a month for 72 months. I am a white car kind of guy. I think it looks slick.

I found mine used with 1,874 miles at a GMC truck dealership.
I'd get the 1LE if you are comfortable with it financially. They are awesome.

Always best to "sleep on it" if you have reservations. Trust your gut and good luck.
