14500 is kinda steep for any 4th gen, but that car is definitely the last of a dying breed. I really hate saying this, but the 4th gen is starting to fall into the same trap as the 3rd gen did a long time ago, with the exception being that they don't have boat anchors under the hood. They're cheap enough to get ahold of that the ownership demographic has changed a lot and most of them either are in the process of being run into the ground or already have been. That having been said, if you look around you can probably find an overall better deal, albeit most likely with more miles.

you can get a better deal

Here's a couple from a quick craigslist search

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/cto/2191636275.html

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/cto/2192745863.html

Fully built Camaro...LS2, Moser 9" rear end etc, for the same price your looking at

You can get a better deal! If you really want to spend that much money I'd check out the camaro. I've got majority of the same mods he has minus the moser 9", CME, hood, roll cage and engine (building mine now) I can tell you he's spent more in parts and labor that its being sold for.
