Brake/ rotor advice and pricing

Would like more braking power than oem, not concerned with dust or some noise.. will not be tracking the car, not even any autocross honestly.. but id like to be able to make the 100+ to 65ish transition as quickly as possible. i currently have hawk hps and hp+ on original oem rotors. theyre allright ans imo a little better stoppong power than the ferodo oem pars.. i had considered brembo sport slotted rotors on all corners with carbotec, gloc, or cobalt friction pads.. but since brake torque comes at the expense of the rotor, why not use oem, or centric, or bosch rotors as they are WAAAY more economical (pricewise anyway). would also considwr the r1, stoptec or any other reputable slotted ONLY rotor. any insight or advice would be appreciated, and vendors please feel free to PM me pricing for this or any reccommended alternatives shipped to 31501. also cryogenic treatment worhtehile? or not? Thanks in advance gUys

JP (or anyone else), what's your opinion on slotted vs OEM? Any noticeable difference in stopping distance or is the extra $ not worth it? In my case the car is strictly street (for now at least) but being able to stop a few extra feet shorter is always welcome.

if you are doing a slotted rotor....do a quality 2 piece like dba 5000's or racing brakes.

There is no noticeable difference in stopping power between a slotted and plain rotor. Reducing weight and mass with a two piece rotor (which also reduces unsprung weight to improve handling) is a plus, but for HPDE and street driving, plain face is my choices.
