Where we all gonna meet up???
O.K. so it's been asked before, but now that we have a regional forum, I'm gonna ask it again. A year or so after the Camaro comes out we need to form some sort of cruise for "ALL" Camaro's.
Of course (maybe cause I'm from there) I'm voting St. Louis is a perfect location for it. It's a good central location. A picture in front of the Arch with nothin but Camaro's... Oh yeah! -Dunk- |

I think somewhere in IL would be a bit more central to everyone. I'm not exactly looking to put on 400 miles for an hour long camaro get together or something, though if it's decided that it goes down in stl, that's where i'll go

I think there will be more like regional meets around the lines of west coast, middle, east coast kinda thing.....although getting all of us together would be awesome... its never gunna happen... I use to do Audi meets where we gathered in oregon (central to cali, washington, bc canada and alberta canada, and some from nevada surprisingly.)
It's not that I dont mind travelling as I assume most people on here are similar... its the K's people worry about putting too many on. Like West-coast Canada, USA and the mid-states are not that far to make a trip of it for fun... just too many K's.

I vote for St. Louis, but I guess I'm biased. Either way, we should have local cruises, too.

I agree there should be local cruises but if we're going to do a whole midwest meet up, then it should be in the middle of the midwest. what I'd really like to see is a whole nationwide meet somewhere somehow... that would be sweet!

Here's an idea: we all throw a dart at a map and say which small town we landed on. Then we vote on which tiny country town we visit.

Revision to my statement earlier... CALLING ALL MISSOURI CAMARO FANS!!! I say we meet up in St. Louis for a cruise and a Camaro/Firebird (TA) gathering. Not to exclude anyone. I know many don't want to make the drive from out of state. If you decide to join us we won't exclude you. Everyone's welcome. I was thinking a year or so after the Camaro comes out to give everyone time to get their hands on one. Plus those who want to customize them will have time to get their hands on the aftermarket parts coming out. Then we can see what direction everyone's going with their newest addition. It'd be really sweet to just show up on one of the days they have a car show at the dome. Make our own car show outside.

I dont know if im being selfish but i thought it would be easier for everyone else if it was somewhere in Chicago. St. Louis is pretty far south. Even for me its a 6 hour drive.

i would say meet up at some camaro gathering. i know around where i live there is a huge camaro gathering and its not too far from summit racing. thats could be a good place but maybe too far for some people.

Well it doesnt necesarily have to be the city of chicago i just mean the area becuase I figured since its a more populated area its closer to most people and theres more places to meet and more going on in the area.
