2013 tach needles on a 2010?

Is it possible to swap out the speedometer and tachometer needles of a 2013 and put them on a 2010?

Yes. The needles just pop off - but you do have to use PQ's "special" fork to get the needles off

To see what I mean check out the DIY PQ wrote up on how to install the gauge overlays.

the 2010 needles are like rectangles, they dont come to a point at the end like the 2013's and i think 2012's do

2010/2011 Speedo/tach gauges

2013 ZL1 gauges - I know they aren't the same, but you get an idea of what the speedo/tach differences are

A spoon works as well, or better. . Apply painters masking tape to any metal tool you use on cosmetic surfacesl, avoids scratches or marring. One tip: hold needle pointed to known value with one hand. Pry with other. On this model, holding tip of needle/pointer will help hold it level, as you pry.

I'm currently having a bit of fun with these clusters. Not sure why I waited to jump into them. Oh, I remember why... Haha!

Anyone know if you can install the ZL1 Gauges in an SS? Or more importantly what has to be done to make them work properly.

Are you talking about the speedo/tach gauges or the 4 pack gauges?
