Question Oil consumption / PCV / Blue smoke

Hello guys)
I noticed that when I rev the engine well (sometimes reaching the redline), the oil consumption over 4400 miles is nearly 25 oz. When driving quietly there is no consumption. 600 miles and 0 oil consumption since last oil change.

I decided to test it this way: while standing on P, I hold at 2000 RPM for 10 seconds, then sharply press the pedal to the floor. In this case (at that moment only), I saw blue smoke from the exhaust pipe that stopped after 1-2 seconds.

How to understand what the problem is with the engine? Is this normal?

Another thing I did was unplug the PCV tube (going from the left valve cover) - nothing came out while the engine was running; I assume I should feel something. I removed the left valve cover (mine is not upgraded). I added 5 additional holes to improve oil drainage. When I removed the cover, the oil in the drain areas was quite thick like gel.

I've seen that everyone talking about that PCV is in the left valve cover only , but there's also an outlet with a tube on the right valve cover, attaching a photo. I am going to remove it also and clean from inside. Can I open additional holes on the R/H valve cover ?

Please advise how to understand the problem with my L99?

Configuration:
-Stock.
-No catalytic converters, ECU reprogrammed (no-cat).
-Oil 5W30 + Lucas Oil Stabilizer.
-Valve Stem Seals were replaced in Jan 2022 with MAHLE / CLEVITE SS45920 set. Maybe I need to replace them again ?
