How to make magnafow 16580 louder

I got the Magnaflow 16580 catback comp series installed today.
It sounds great and maybe it will get louder and deeper sounding over time but I think I want it to be louder. The car has a manual transmission and no performance mods. Is there a way I can modify only the exhaust to make it louder? I have researched many threads about a TRU-X pipe but I really don't understand how that works and if it will make my exhaust set up louder. If someone has a suggestion please explain it such as cut this part out and weld this part in it's place because I am not an exhaust expert.

Long tubes will make it a lot louder.

This! You are about as loud as you are gonna get without swapping out cats and/or headers.

The Tru-X will help some, but high flow cats and headers will make it a whole hell of a lot louder. Just depends on how much extra sound you want and how much coin you are prepared to drop. Let me know if you have any questions about either.

Headers are a must with or without cats.

Drive it for 1500 miles trust me on this one. I was really unhappy but Jordan from JDP told me the packing has to burn out. My car screams now after 5k miles with the system.

The mufflers are full of steel wool/fiberglass packing internally. It takes A few weeks of driving (750-1500 miles) to burn off a good bit of the packing. Sometimes this is called "breaking in" the muffler/exhaust. It will get significantly louder after some miles are on it.

I have the magnaflow comp series cat-back and solo hi-flow cats and its a lot louder, deeper and just plain more aggressive sounding since I put on my cats. I love my hi-flow cats cause I keep me warrenty but kinda wish I would have gone with long tubes, either way you won't loose.
