proper touch up procedure

Hey guys ive had my camaro for about 5 months now and i have two paint chips on my hood as well as two on the sides I want to touch them up because i fear them rusting and ruining the paint. (btw will they rust if leave them without touching them up?) if i do end up touching them up, what is the proper procedure to do so? Thanks and sorry if this has been posted before.

buy the drcolorchip kit, and follow the instructions to the tee.....

I just did my IOM last night to show my buddy how great the kit is.....

anything else is more labor intensive or just a blob fix.....

DO NOT JUST BUY OEM TOUCHUP
