P0300 code, what shop wants to fix this for me?

So I am tired of trying to diagnose this problem. I have had this code since before the last CamaroFest, the lights and code actually go away when I beat on it at the track. Took all the plugs and wires out, changed the gaps to .032, checked all the wires, checked for vacuum leaks, and couldnt find an issue. I have lost count of how many times I have had this car torn apart for this. It will more then likely need a new tune after this is fixed so its time to give it to a shop. Who is willing to fix this for me?

Keep in mind that this is a turbo car with forward facing headers, not the easiest set up to work on.

Been there, done that ! I have been getting a p0300 also. Did everything you did including a seafoam and upper induction hand cleaning ! Finally got a new tune from Arno at IPF and it looks like the problem is gone.
I would recommend a seafoam treatment if you haven't done it yet. Then go the tune route. The GM people are recommending the cleaning every 30k on NA cars. For a FI they were saying even sooner.

That could be it I guess but these injectors have less than 10k on them, couldnt hurt.

Do you have a cam? If so, the tune may just need to be adjusted.

No cam. My car has been tuned since this started so it would be hard to believe that it is tune related

Any loss of performance since it started coming on? May be time for a compression check. You're not running cats are you?

No cats, runs fine but stumbles a bit under 1500 RPM and stabilitrack warning comes on.

I had a hairline crack in a sparkplug that gave me fits similar to what you are describing.

Thats what I thought as well. Took all the plugs out, again, and found nothing wrong.

Thanks bro. Im just tired of looking for the issue, rather just give it to a shop this time. Might as well upgrade the turbo and clutch at the same time. Its just harf to find a good shop around Charleston that has experience with these cars. PCM is realy good but they stay so bussy all the time, dont want to lose my car for a month to get it fixed.

Just because it has a tune does not mean at all that it is right.

Any good shops/sponsors in your area?
