So the battery is in the trunk...confirmed?
Searched around and from the engine bay pictures it looks like the battery must be in the trunk, but has this been confirmed?

Which side of the trunk? Passenger or driver.

Very nice!
The G8 (Commodore) has it on our drivers side for RH drive cars to offset driver weight. They didn't bother movin it for USA exports. In the middle makes the maro a world car. Good stuff...

What group size is that battery in the trunk? CCA's - Reserve?
Is that a maintenance free batt? How do I jump-start it? Is it positive or neg ground? 12v? Factory warranty specifics? Is there a HD batt option? How many amps is the alternator that charges the battery in the trunk? Does it utilize a diode trio?
