brake issues?

Just took the V-6 to the dealer for the 2nd oil change and the year check-up. On the way home I noticed the brakes were weird. The brake petal is not as sensitive as it was, I feel that I have to push it harder and it goes closer to the floor board than before. I checked the brake fluid, it is full. The dealer must have done something, but what. Now 2 weeks later, when I pump the brakes I get the whooshing sound, and they feel spongy. Any thoughts?

Yeah that don't sound right, and you waited 2 weeks brakes are your best friend make sure they work. Take it back hell car road side if you don't feel safe driving it.

Pumping the brakes may generate the sound you are hearing. The sound is vacuum exiting the booster. You should immediately bring it back to the dealer. You should insist on a road test with a tech. I would also recommend you road test a V6 immediately after yours so both of you can come up with a base line difference.

ANY brake issue should be treated as a matter of life and death. Please take you car back to the Dealer sooner rather than later.

Just got back from the dealer....2 techs drove the car, diagnostics were done....the report is that all checks were within the parameters. No stored error codes. So the best thing we came up with is the silicone spray on the tires when the dealer detailed the car. I was told to keep a watchful eye and not to hesitate to bring it back ASAP for issues. ??????? thanks to everyone who answered me... you people are the best!!!!!!w
