Lowering on 22's?

I have ordered 22's my question is how much should I lower it? Should I just buy Pfadt Springs and call it a day or do I not need to lower once I put 22's on?

Thanks in advance.

Pics with 22's and lowering will help thanks

I have never drive a lowered car. How well dose it handle speed humps and sloped drive ways? What about drive in the snow?

lol....you dont drive it in the snow. driveways, you have to take at an angle. speed bumps arent too bad. you just have to be a little more careful drving a lowered car. no more driving over dead animals. you might just cary them home with you.....

Seddon/Apex Chase/Forged DST thanks for the pics they really helped, I like the Pedders lowering makes it look sweet, but the Pfadt will be nice to avoid major rubbing which I think happens with Pedders?

Just so you guys know I ordered the 22' Rennens...I know there has been a lot of hoopla about them with the photoshopped pictures and all, but they were the first rims I saw I actually liked in addition to the D2 forged. I am anxiously waiting for them, my guy said they are going to come end of october or early november so we shall see.

When you go to 22s you aren't really changing the overall height of the tire/wheel package. In some cases, it actually decreases due to the sidewall ratio you decide on. For example, according to NineBall's thread, the stock tires/wheels are 28.7 inches tall. But a 22 on 315/25/22 is 28.2 inches tall. So yes, if you get the 22s, you should still lower.

CamaroDreams is correct. Tire diameter is typically the same as OEM, regardless of wheel diameter. The sidewalls just get thinner as the wheel gets bigger. Lowering is a must for visual purposes.

Here is my car on 22s, stock height vs Pfadt lowering springs:
