Underglow LED help

So I've had underglow LEDs since I first got the car last year in May and have always ran with the red because it matches the scheme of my car. Well today after my cruise I notice that my underglow is pinkish. So i thought I may have just changed the colour by mistake, but no. So everytime I switch to the "red" colour option it combines the red LEDs with blue LEDs. Anyone know why this is all of a sudden occuring?

Hard to diagnose without knowing controller, setup, wiring runs, eyc, but I would suspect you have a short allowing power to blue. Is blue on all the time or only when red is on. Has water gotten into strips or wiring? Just have to do some troubleshooting to narrow it down

Well all the LED tubes are zip tied underneath the car and are daisy chained together, and the wires run up underneath the hood, through a grommet hole in the door to a control box that sits near the passengers feet, controlled by an RGB remote. When the blue option is selected the red LEDs are extremely dim but you can still see them when you look at the tubes.

Call Led Glow, they have the best customer service .

Also where did you mount you front & rear tubes ?

I'm getting ready to put in my Led Glow under body lights & grille lights . I got the 3 million color set . With 2 24 inch tubes for the upper & lower grille. I think it's going to look killer when I'm done . .

Yeah I think I'll have to do that. Can't remember exactly where the front tube is mounted, but the front was fairly easy. As for the rear tube I had to sort of tuck it under the diffuser because you're not supposed to have them very close to a heat source, so you have to have it a little ways away from the exhaust.

My front strip was installed just behind the air dam.

Typically I will install items like this myself but my wife surprised me with my LEDs already installed. Unfortunately the installer decided that double sided tape would be sufficient. Well either it wasn't or he didn't prep it correctly because I pulled in my driveway today and noticed my front strip sitting in the street. I plan on either using zip ties or cable clamps to reinstall.

Zip ties all the way. 3M tape is strong, but considering it's underneath the car I went with zip ties. Plus there were some holes underneath that were prefect for the zip ties to go through.
