How the heck do I remove those stupid plastic panel retainers to change a bulb?

I'm sure this is obvious to everyone but me, but I'm not the most mechanically inclined person around. I'm trying to change the rear bulb on the left side, which seems easy if I can just get the close out panel. Is there some sort of magic tool to remove those plastic retainers, or am I just missing something? I feel like I could force them out with a screw driver, but I'm thinking there has to be a way that doesn't destroy them.

And yes, it is slightly embarrassing that every other post on here is about rewiring your car or adding helicopter blades or turning the camaro into a submarine, and I'm stuck on plastic panel retainers.

These things?

You pop the center round piece out first with an interior tool (screwdriver) and then the bottom part comes out of the hole. The center shaft expands the bottom piece when closed.

Believe me I wish I had seen this pic before I broke a few of mine installing my grill

Those are the ones! Thanks for the pic. I got them all out and the bulb is changed. Easy! (Once I figured out what I was doing)

The idea behind this set of tools is that it helps having the right tool for the right job. With these you can pop almost any trim piece that is on the Camaro without damaging the clips.

I know how to use 1 of these tools. Now if I knew how to use the other 4 I'd be good to go. LOL
