New car fluids changes?

I have a new camaro v8 manual on order and what is recommended by you folks to change out right away or almost right away? I have read som information on these forum but wanted to get some feedback on what fluids I should be changing during the breakin period.

Also is there certain products universally approved by everyone over the fluids that come in the car new from the factory?

Thanks evyone

I changed my rearend fluid after 500 miles. It looked really bad.
I also changed my oil at 500/1000/1500 miles.

Be prepared.....You will get many differing opinions on this matter. I changed out my fluids (oil, trans, diff) after about 1500 break-in miles. After that.....whatever the DIC says or 3000 miles, whatever you're most comfortable with. If your car is stock....just stick with the recommended fluids in your owners manual (which should also list the frequency to change your trans and diff fluids).
