2011 Camaro LS...interior rattling/creaking?! - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I know that build quality plagued the previous f-bodies (i owned 3 of them), especially on the interior.

From what I remember, or think I do, the build quality has improved drastically. My wife's 2008 impala 50th anniversary model has no rattles or creaks with 51000 miles. I traded my 2006 cobalt in with about 70000 miles, and it only had one occasional rattle, coming from the glove box.

My 2011 camaro just broke 7,000 miles, and there's a few consistent rattles and creaks coming from under the dash on the driver's side, and under the driver seat, i think close to the center console.

Anyone else dealing with this? I will be VERY upset if I bought another rattle trap.

2010 2SS/RS here and have 7500 miles on her, no rattles at all. She drives quiet on the inside (except for exhaust noise) as the day I bought her, 1 year ago.

My car has 27K on it and it is starting to rattle bad on rough roads. There is a rattle under the seat, in the center console and somewhere on the passenger side. It is weird because I bought the car with 25K on it and there were no rattles but they starting creeping up. Is a rattling interior covered by the dealer? I am going in the weekend or next.

My LS is quiet and solid as a rock with 9,600 miles. I would take it in.

No rattles here. Take it in and duplicate them for the service manager and then let them figure it out.
