Was installing A- piller gauges heard a loud pop, shorted out.

I would pull all fuses and visibly inspect them. You might have gotten lucky and no real damage was done. If you don't find any blown, you probably fried the BCM. A dealer should be able to say for sure.
Always fuse your aftermarket wiring kids.

Rule of thumb, when working on anything electrical remove the power source first!
