Man I love the sound of those older ones esp. in this video. This has to be one of my fav videos. That "69" SS sounds like something on the drag strip. Wonder how many gallons per mile it gets? lol

I'm glad that GM has been so eager to introduce the Camaro to customers like this. It really shows a commitment to the automotive community.

I could be wrong, but I think all 3 car owners are members here. Well the new camaro is probaby owned by gm but you know what I mean. The pix from the day this video was made are my desk tops and work and home.

Who cares how many mpg it gets but probably around 12 hwy. thats what my dads gets

May be a shame but remember it's not their car. . It's GM's car. . I could imagine that HetherR would get in a ass load of trouble if they did burn outs with it.

I ran the maroon 69 at the track yesterday. It ran a 7.9 in the eighth mile, w/ my son riding along, and then I found out it had a broken rocker arm. That calcs out to about a 12.4 in the quarter. It got about 12 mpg on the 30 mile drive to the track. 4.10 gears and no overdrive!
