The new V6 mustang is faster than the '10 GT! LOL I'd like to see those run on the same day.

i would suspect a rough tie. My car weighed the same when it was stock, same suspension, same brakes. My personal guess would be 1-2 tenths advantage to the '10 GT.... still depressing for me :(

road and Track did awhile back, suprisingly the camaro won by like .2 seconds or something. They said despite the understeer the camaro won because it has more grunt out of the corners in contrast to the mustang which was a bit quicker in the corners. I'm at work so I cant provide a link. Thats a photo finish.

Well, you do have A LOT bigger aftermarket option going for you than the 2011 V6 does. Plus, the V8 sure does sound better than the V6!

Plus the 2011 V6 Mustang was electronically limited to 114 mph and spent more than 15 seconds of each lap against the limiter!! Who knows what it would have run with the limiter removed.
